About the job
This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and Performance Europe & Asia Pacific and is based at Mandarin Oriental’s Corporate Office in London within the Revenue Department.
As Regional Director of Revenue Strategy – Central Europe you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Playing a pivotal role in optimizing revenue performance and ensuring strategic financial goals are met for a selection of hotels in Central Europe.
• Developing and enhancing revenue management strategies, pricing structures, and distribution channels across the portfolio of hotels, ultimately driving increased profitability and market competitiveness.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative approaches to maximize revenue potential, contributing significantly to the overall financial success of the organization.
As Regional Director of Revenue Strategy – Central Europe we expect from you:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successful revenue optimization strategies at a regional or multi-property level.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and technology tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor actions, and industry best practices.
