Main Responsibilities:

  • To search, negotiate and sign contracts for the rental of convenient buildings to accommodate employees according to their benefits and in the best interest of employees and EPH
  • To be solely responsible of following up maintenance, cleaning, energy, transportation and rental contracts and payment with finance as well as their expiry and to solve any related issue under the supervision of HRD.
  • To advise the HRD for any breach, expiry, renewal or cancellation of any contract related to staff accommodation and facilities.To ensure periodic inspections of all staff houses including inside and outside areas to ensure.
  • proper cleaning and maintenance, i.e. flats, recreation rooms, sports facilities, laundry rooms, TV rooms and to implement HR policies and procedures.
  • To coordinate with the maintenance team, contractors and the Engineering Department on repairs and maintenance follow up

    • To co-ordinate employee facilities and liaise with internal and external suppliers for improvement including staff cafeteria, accommodation and transportation
    • Assist in the operations of the Staff Cafeteria, daily checking of Food, reviewing weekly menus, leasing with Cafeteria Manager that all requirements are meet.
    • To produce a Monthly Employee Activity Schedule to include sporting events, representative teams, outings such as shopping and tourism visits, Parties, Celebrations.
    • Establish a Discount Card for membership to enable staff to obtain discounts in local services and facilities within the community.
    • To ensure sports are represented evenly in Emirates Palace for the staff.  Priorities should be given to Soccer and Cricket.
    • Monitoring employee bus schedules and Employee cafeteria for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Accommodation Manager in luxury hotel in Middle east.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic languages is a big plus.
  • Understanding of all hotel management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
