Duties and Supporting Responsibilities工作职责
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for sales team
• 处理销售队伍所有来往信函
• Collect and sort out all daily incoming mail, telex and fax especially in the morning session due to the accumulation of overnight correspondence
• 收集所有日常往来信件、电报和传真等,并对其分类,尤其是早上必须检查所有夜间收到的文件
• File correspondence and documents
• 对所有来往信函和文件进行存档
• Answer telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally
• 以专业的方式接听电话和处理问询
• Prepare attendance records
• 负责准备考勤表
• Attend weekly Sales & Marketing meetings and bi-weekly business development meeting and prepare minutes
• 参加每周市场销售会议和每两周一次的业务拓展会议,并负责会议纪要
• Handle expense reports for sales team
• 处理销售人员的报销和汇总
• Arrange appointments for sales managers
• 为销售经理安排拜访行程
• Keep mailing list up-to-date.
• 不断更新邮件通讯录
• Keep trace file up-to-date.
• 持续更新跟踪文案
• Prepare contracts for sales managers
• 为销售经理准备销售合同
• Handle communication with clients on behalf of sales personnel or in their absence.
• 在销售人员外出的情况下,代表销售人员与客户沟通协调
• Assist other Sales and Marketing staff with administrative work when necessary.
• 必要时,协助其他销售部人员完成行政工作
• Prepare travel arrangements for Sales and Marketing personnel.
• 负责市场销售部人员的差旅安排
• Ensure that overall secretarial/administration task in the Sales & Marketing office are well understood and followed up.
• 确保理解和跟进市场销售部办公室所有的文职/行政工作
• Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management
• 执行任何管理层委托的工作
