Americas - Director of Commerce

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will keep the guest’s perspective in mind at all times and carry out the mission of the Sales & Marketing Department. 

The Director of Commerce is responsible for directing the hotel sales and catering team in achieving the rooms, banquet and catering revenue goals as laid out in the hotel Marketing Plan as well as taking responsibility for all rooms, banquet and catering sales, solicitation of new business and implementing sales action plans set forth in the Marketing Plan. 

The Director of Commerce reports directly to the General Manager with adjunct responsibilities to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Americas.
