The incumbent of this position will take full responsibility of all aspects of Food and Beverage operations. The successful applicant will have the organizational capability, creativity, flexibility and commitment required to successfully manage the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel and to run the operation profitably (meeting or exceeding budget) ensuring full implementation of Mandarin Oriental standards of service and safety and the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for the overall daily Food and Beverage operation, budgeting, maintenance of quality standards, and training and performance management of all colleagues.
The Director of Food and Beverage reports directly to the Hotel Manager/General Manager.
