It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, to ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond the expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences.
The Order Taker answers guest telephone requests for breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight orders, arranges amenity assignments and deliveries, updates guests' preferences, organizes the office and assists the In Room Dining colleagues in daily operations.
The Order Taker reports directly to the F&B Managers/In-Room Dining Manager.
