Scope of Position
The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Director of Communications and the Director of Sales and Marketing in all matters relating to public relations, advertising, direct mail, promotions and other marketing communications.
Requirements
College education
Minimum 1-year working experience in a 5 star hotel preferred
Administration skills
Business meeting skills
Excellent telephone communication skills
Experience in Public Relations and / or Marketing Services preferred
Good command of English
Very people oriented
Able to work under deadline pressure
Good time management skills
Knowledge of photography and cataloguing processes
Knowledge of production and printing skills
Knowledge of website and e-marketing management preferred
Experience in dealing with a multi-cultural environment
Strong background in customer service orientation
