The intent of the incumbent is to maintain the cleanliness and order of the entire hotel to exceed expectation and operate in compliance with all MOHG standard and initiatives.
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Housekeeping for our Housekeeping Department, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury property. Responsibilities include—but are not limited to—managing payroll and productivity; scheduling; purchasing housekeeping supplies and amenities; coaching and counseling the housekeeping staff. Effectively monitor preventative maintenance programs throughout the hotel; attend to all guest requests and ensure they are being completely in a timely manner and supporting the Director of Housekeeping as necessary. Excellent computer skills (MS Office), organizational skills and communication skills are necessary. Experience or knowledge in HotSos, SpringerMiller Systems (SMS) preferred. A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position only.
The Assistant Director of Housekeeping reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for leading the housekeeping team.
