The Assistant Director of Housekeeping will be responsible for managing the department in leading a team of Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants, Porters. Supporting the whole team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to Mandarin Oriental standard. Overseeing the Laundry Department ensuring that all Rooms and F&B linen, Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms are cleaned and organized. Handling guest interactions and requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
