  • Has full awareness, manages and supervises all tasks of Front Office staff.
  • 对前厅部员工的工作内容有充分的认识,和有效的管理监督。
  • Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
  • 确保客人得到及时、亲切的关注和个人认可。
  • Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue.
  • 保证整个团队以高住房率和增加酒店收益为己任。
  • Monitor Front Office, and particularly Guest Recognition personnel, to ensure repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.
  • 监督管理前厅部,积极参与到宾客认知项目中,确保我们对长住客和VIP客人有足够的关注度。
  • Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service.
  • 维护部门内的各类工作关系,确保我们的服务环环相扣。
  • Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained.
  • 全面负责各项工作的高标准,确保工作设施保养良好和设备清洁。
  • Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control.
  • 对相关区域做定期的常规检查。
  • Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out.
  • 对信用政策和程序的有足够的认知,并与财务部门保持密切联系,确保信贷程序得到正确实施。
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
  • 对前厅的的各类数据做定期的统计并将其汇总更新。
  • Continually check the accuracy of room count.
  • 不断地更新房间数据,确保其准确性。
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
  • 维持部门员工适当的行为标准、衣着、卫生、制服、仪表和姿态。
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include a review of procedures and events which warrants special handling and detailed information.
  • 每月进行全面的部门会议,包括对需要特殊处理和详细信息的事件进行审查。
  • Controls and verify occupancy forecasts and keep Front Office Manager fully aware of the availability situation in the Hotel, especially when approaching full house.
  • 实时的查看更新酒店未来的住房率,在接近满房状态下更应及时向前厅部经理汇报。
  • Maintains a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.
  • 维护一个关于事故、投诉等的酒店日志,并在需要时向相关部门提交后续行动。
  • Communicate to the Front Office Manager of his delegate all information likely to be of interest to them such as the expected arrival and departure of VIPs and all other pertinent information.
  • 及时的与前厅部经理交流所有可能重要的信息,如VIP的预计到达和离开以及所有其他相关信息。
  • Maintain all procedures and adheres to them within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group guidelines; in particular with emphasis on hotel credit policy.
  • 保证所有工作的开展都是符合文华东方酒店集团的利益和准则,尤其关乎到酒店的信用制。
  • In conjunction with the Emergency Personnel prepare emergency procedures upon advice from relevant authority that cover such emergencies as Fire, Power Outrage, Bomb Threat, Cyclone Warnings, etc
  • 与紧急应急小组成员一起,根据有关当局的建议,准备应急程序,包括火灾、权力暴行、炸弹威胁、台风警报等紧急情况。
  • Prepares efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
  • 为前厅部员工制定有效的工作计划,安排休息和假期,须考虑到酒店未来的入住率以及任何大型团队活动,特别是已经有相应到点和离店时间的团队。
  • Performs any related duties and special project assign by Front Office Manager.
  • 完成前厅部经理分配的所有相关工作。
