Duties and Responsibilities


  • Coordination of all Banquet Events, with Banquet Sous Chef.
  • Planning of all food requisition in a timely Manner are required
  • Being supportive to the Team, Teach and Learn
  • Control the Effort of superior Cleanness thru out all Culinary Departments
  • Control all efforts that our entire superior Save and Sound codes are in place at all times.
  • Guiding the Team to achieve 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Communicating between all departments to support there efforts


  • Financial responsibilities (if any)
    • Controlling & being accountable to the effort in achieving both Food & Labor Cost Goal
    • Weekly Schedules and submitted for approval
  •      2. Human Resources responsibilities (if any)

    • To communicate Popular & un popular content effectively
    • Use the Employee Handbook in understanding the consistent way of Communicating Rules & Regulation to our Team.
    • Develop Standard & Procedures
    • Develop Job description
    • Being an effective listener, before acting is essential. (Seek to understand)
    • Daily Colleagues Communication meeting
