Key Responsibilities:
Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to hotel standards
Monitor daily the bar counter set up and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients and equipment are prepared
Ensure that all beverages are fresh and of good order to be served
Create new mixed drinks and cocktails for promotional activity and menu
Carry out monthly inventories
Create wow moments to surprise and delight guests in the restaurant
Skills and Competencies:
Previous experience as Banquet Head Bartender in a luxury hotel
Degree in hospitality/vocational training in food and beverage will be an advantage
Ability to understand guests' needs and to deliver superior exceptional guest experience
Familiar with all types of wines, liquor and cocktails
Creative, innovative and guest-service focused
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
