  • Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests.

  • Assist Guest courteously and efficiently.

  • To suggest and correctly take customer food and beverage order with up selling technique.
  • 利用正确的技巧为客人推荐食物和酒水。
  • Enter all sales in POS without errors. Double check list of items before “sending”.
  • 能正确点击POS系统上面的所有项目,并在每次“送单”之前再从新检查一遍。
  • To maintain the back of the house neat, tidy, clean and safe.
  • 维护后场的清洁干净,安全,整齐。
  • Continuously monitor his/her section for maximum guest’s satisfaction.
  • 最大限度的令客人满意。
  • To deliver the correct order to the table.
  • 确保送到客人桌子上出品是正确无误的。
  • To carry out daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
  • 参与每个天,每个星期,乃至每个月的盘点。
  • To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming.
  • 真心感谢每一个来餐厅用餐的客人,谢谢他们的到来。
  • To fully inform and aware about all information connecting to Food and Beverage outlets and Mandarin Oriental Group generally.
  • 必须清晰的了解所有有关文华东方酒店管理集团和餐饮部的信息。
  • To maintain all Hotel’s assets.
  • 维护酒店所有的资产。
  • Ensures all beverage equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with correct vintage and out of stock items。
  • 确保所有关于酒吧的器具,酒水牌是最更新的,干净整洁的。并了解所有仓库的短缺商品
  • According to the low season and busy season sales situation, control the restaurant's beverage inventory quantity
  • 根据淡季和旺季的销售情况,控制餐厅的酒水存货量。
  • Mastered the skills of field service wine and a cocktail.
  • 掌握现场服务葡萄酒及调制鸡尾酒的技巧。
  • Familiar with master Wine List and Drink list all produced.
  • 熟悉掌握餐厅酒水单的所有出品。
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleaning of all equipment in the bar within.
  • 负责酒吧范围内的所有设备的日常维护及清洁。
  • To update each meal segment to promote item and sold out item.
  • 及时更新每个餐段的推销产品及沽清产品。
