Business Development Coordinator - EMEA

The Business Development Coordinator, EMEA will provide business analytics and coordination support to the entire Vertical team in EMEA by providing data analysis and reporting to better understand the pricing, marketplace and distribution strategies.

Reporting to Global Lead Director, the Business Development Coordinator, EMEA will perform tasks as assigned in order to achieve teams’ goals and profitability for the company.

The Business Development Coordinator, EMEA will be responsible for:

• Identifying, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative information and patterns (industry trends, market intelligence, competitors etc) on a diverse range of topics
• Prepare all required written, analytic and strategic reports and business plans from multiple sources to the Vertical team
• Analyse various market segments and industry, capture business opportunities and provide feasible advice to the Vertical team
• Liaise and align team schedules amid various priorities and urgencies
• Perform tasks in support of preparing presentation (infographics, videos, charts, and other visual graphic elements etc.) and communication materials
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and forums conducted via various platforms (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) across Asia Pacific
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Assist and update all Delphi Sales account profiles, contacts and leads where appropriate to maintain a proper profile of all accounts.
• Support and undertake general admin tasks eg. calendar management, meeting minutes, Travel arrangement & T&E reimbursement

What are we looking for?

• Ideally Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant analytics experience desirable
• Ability to be flexible and agile, digital savvy and analyse facts, solution minded
• Possess strong verbal and written skills and communicate productively with wide range of people, both internally and externally
• MS Office competent (Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Ability to work on own initiative and Customer service focused
• Team Player with positive can-do attitude and strong organization skills.
