The C&B and HRIS Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of analytical activities across the C&B and HRIS functions including analysing data and statistics for trends with regard to compensation and benefits practices, HR budget and forecast as well as ensuring data quality, optimizing and improving data processes and reporting in the HRIS.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

  • Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR C&B functions and duties
  • Assists with annual performance, compensation review and evaluation processes
  • Assists HR Manager with annual departmental budget exercise
  • Collects, consolidates, and analyses data for trends and patterns with attention to compensation, recruitment, turnover, and headcount
  • Facilitates implementation of new programs such as new HR systems, employees’ benefits programs, and other HR related initiatives
  • Assists with generation of HR reports and maintains data integrity in systems by regularly monitoring, analyzing, and cleansing HR data
  • Be a super administrator to manage collation, transformation, and processing of HR data from hotels
  • Provides system training to hotel administrators on HR system administration and 2nd level end-user support
  • Liaises with hotels on setting up colleague experience survey
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices 
  • Supports and performs other ad hoc duties as assigned
