Chef de Cuisine - K'shiki, Italian Dining

We are looking for an Italian Chef who would oversee our Italian restaurant, K'shiki.
The candidate must have minimum 10 to 15 years experience cooking Italian cuisine which should include the experience in Michelin star rated restaurants or equivalent as well as minimum 3 years in a 5 star level luxury hotel.
The candidate must have the extensive cooking experience in Italy. The candidate must have good level of English. Experience living in Japan or fluency in Japanese are not must but would be advantage.
