We are looking for the Chef de Cuisine for Ventaglio to reopen, with the concept of International Buffet with local Japanese ingredients.

The candidate must have 10 to 15 years experience minimum in cooking, and the Michelin star rated restaurants or luxury hotel experience are preferred.



-10 to 15 years experience minimum in cooking

-Culinary diploma and accredited continuing education requirement.

-Minimum of 3-5 years specializing in the area of expertise from well-recognized properties/restaurants.

-Possess good English communication skills.

-Passionate, committed, creative, flexible, and a team player with a high energy level.

-Ability to perform duties under pressure.

-Computer literate and HACCP knowledge.



-Michelin star rated restaurants experience

-Minimum 2/3 in a 5 star/luxury hotel experience

-2/3 in a 5 star/luxury hotel environment

-Minimum Luxury/5 star hotel experience

-Buffet Experience

-Asian or South American Cuisine exposure is big advantage

-Previous experience in Japan
