Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mise-en-place in kitchen;
  • Maintain proper quantity of par stock for mis-en-place;
  • Keep the specific kitchen areas clean and hygienic;
  • Check refrigerators, utensils and kitchen equipment on cleanliness;
  • Adhere to all the standards of food handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation;
  • To be aware of and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements with regards to health and safety, sanitation, fire procedures and HACCP
  • Assist the senior chefs in preparation and production of all food items.
     

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience in similar capacity;
  • Self-motivated and responsible;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Immediate available preferred;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Commis II.
