Job description:

Playing a key role in delivering and executing annual Marketing Plan for all hotel events, public and media relations, hotel and MO branding and awareness, promoting the hotel, and contributing to drive streamline revenues.  The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide up-to-date landscape of media, social media and KOLs developments and trends; develop strategy plan, media and public relations plan which is aligned with overall hotel and MO strategy.
  • Initiate, develop and maintain productive relationships with mainstream media, social media and KOLs to promote the hotel and MO brand.
  • Responsible for contents management, being able to define storytelling angles and create regular press release and quality contents for communication through all channels.
  • Work on positioning the hotel as a brand in China, and liaise with multi contacts of media, marketing partners and social elite networks to raise and maximize brand awareness in the market.
  • Agency management and coordination. Liaise with and get assistance from MOHGs regional and international PR network to facilitates outcomes and achieve PR and brand positioning goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing events, monitor outcomes and conduct result analysis.  
  • Coordinate internally and externally, cross departments and with corporate and counterparts in sister hotels, with external contacts and partners to ensure smooth execution and communication all the time.
  • Supervise junior team members and trainee, manage all resources for team achievement effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management.

  • 准确掌握媒体、社交媒体和行业相关意见领袖整体发展和趋势的最新信息,制定与酒店及文华东方品牌战略相一致的策略以及媒体和公共关系计划。
  • 与主流媒体、社交媒体和行业相关意见领袖建立、发展和维护高效的合作关系,以推广酒店和文华东方品牌。
  • 负责内容管理,具备发掘内容及叙事亮点的能力,定期撰写新闻通稿,创作优质内容,及时通过有效的市场传播渠道发布酒店及品牌资讯。
  • 呈现中国一流酒店的定位,实时保持与媒体、市场伙伴、高端消费群体的联系及互动,进而提高并最大化品牌在市场上的声誉和知名度。
  • 专业第三方服务的协调和管理。负责联络并获得文华东方酒店集团区域和国际市场公共关系专业资源的协助,以达至相应公共关系及品牌定位的目标。
  • 制定并执行酒店促销和市场活动计划,监控活动流程及结果,并进行优化分析总结。
  • 对内对外的沟通与协调,保证跨部门间、与集团及姐妹酒店间、与外部资源和合作伙伴间顺畅、有效的沟通联络。
  • 对团队成员和实习生的督导职能,整合资源,带领团队及时高效达成任务。
  • 根据需要完成酒店管理层指派的其它工作、项目和任务。
