  • Maintain a smooth running of daily Human Resources functions, including but not limited to Compensation and Benefits
  • Proceed colleague’s separation related formalities and final payment
  • Ensure accuracy of colleague attendance, duty roster and leave applications
  • Administrate work injuries investigation and follow up
  • Handle hospitalization and medical claim for colleagues
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with labour legislation
  • Attention to details and deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Great communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Human Resources Officer
