The Data Quality department helps is where we get to know our Guests from the Global Perspective and help our colleagues around the world better recognize and provide personalized service to our guests. This department is part of a great global team (Rooms & Quality) but we also work closely with several corporate departments from Spa, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Residence, and IT.

Scope of position:

Responsible for coordinating the data quality activities and performing merges and clean up in the Central Guest360 guest recognition database for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Support guests and colleagues operationally in order to successfully deliver Operational and Fans of M.O. guest recognition.  Review and produce data quality results and reports to drive data quality improvements. Work with the Manager, Guest Data Operations and assist with any initiatives on the guest recognition programs and databases.
