  • Work closely with DOMC + F&B outlet developing communications and e-comms tools in order to drive revenues
  • Provide local market insight, specializing in emergence of new tech, systems, and opportunities & make recommendations to corporate digital team based on findings
  • Identify marketing relationship opportunities and make recommendations
  • Reporting and analytics across all digital metrics (Listening Report, trends)
  • Support the Communications team with marketing initiatives when required
  • Perform any other reasonable duties required by the Director of Marketing&Communication
  • Manage the website including development of new volume-focused packages, updating content, making site discoverable in search and converting onsite traffic to secured business
  • Work with corporate digital product team and act as local champion for new enhancements to website, mobile platforms and business related partnership platforms
  • Coordinate the development of content to support content strategy
  • Drive content management activities across all digital platforms:, EDMs, Fan of MO, Destination MO, and Social Media
  • Identify macro hotel goals & work with corporate digital team to support via digital marketing & Connect hotel level insight with digital approach
  • Develop Social Media and content marketing strategy together with the DOMC ensuring consistent and brand appropriate approach in terms of tone of voice, stories focused upon and audiences targeted
  • Supervise Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram accounts – creating interesting and engaging content, running campaigns, and building brand-receptive audiences
  • Grow social media audience and increases engagement at hotel level and monitors social media performance for hotel accounts
  • Orchestrate and oversee all electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns/hotel newsletters from conception to distribution
  • Oversee and manage database management
  • Develop digital PR and Influencer marketing, both online and traditional partnership building
  • Update Business Listing sites such as
  • Third-party collateral, Agency relationship management including photographers, videographers and design/creative agencies as directed by Director of Marketing&Commerce
  • Assist and manage photo shoots within the hotel for various design pieces


  • Strong social media/digital marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong analytical skills with particular emphasis on comprehensive knowledge of digital KPIs
  • Ability to interpret & inform on central reporting approach
