Responsibilities:-
- Report to Director of Culinary Operations and F&B
- Fully responsible for the smooth operation 2 Michelin Starred Amber Restaurant
- Constantly asses the business situation and seek ways to improve performance in meeting financial goals
- Persistently maintain an exceptional high level of service and correct the unfulfilled elements if necessary
- Provide professional development to the staff and lead the team to achieve departmental goals and exceeding guests satisfaction
- Responsible for the marketing and promotion for the Restaurant and taking up special projects
- Handle guest comments and take swift actions
Requirements:-
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 8 years of Fine Dining restaurant experience in Michelin Starred and World 50 Best Restaurants. Experience in international 5 star luxury hotels is considered as an advantage
- Previous managerial experience as outlet manager is preferred
- Extensive beverage knowledge is required
- Creative and hands on
- Well organized and structured
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, culturally sensitive, friendly, approachable and sociable
- Motivational with enthusiastic character with excellent listening skills
- Acquire good training and coaching skills
- Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
- Asian experience is considered as an advantage
