The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Good understanding on current digital marketing tools and platforms, be able to lead an integrated digital marketing approaches and campaigns from concept to execution in order to promote the MO brand, products and services.  
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, eDM, social media and display advertising campaigns in line with hotel and MOHG marketing strategies. 
  • Plan and manage content calendars, maintain consistent presence, and brand massaging throughout all platforms.
  • Conduct and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Measure digital marketing performance by using advanced metrics.
  • Identify trends, keep up-to-date insights, and optimize performance based on the latest trends.
  • Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management.  


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in hotel digital marketing with knowledge in booking sites is a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate with native or near-native fluency in both Mandarin and English, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Being creative, good in art direction, digital and data-driven thinking. 
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited direction, and to meet deadlines with close attention to detail.
  • Ability and communication skills on collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies, vendors.
