Director of Housekeeping (Mat. Cover)

As Director of Housekeeping (maternity cover), you will be responsible for upholding the levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and One Hyde Park Residences, to maintain the highest standards and exceed our guest expectations. You will also oversee the Laundry & Valet operation and the cleanliness and upkeep of our public area spaces. You will be heavily involved with assisting Human Resources in recruitment and the selection of housekeeping employees while monitoring the total training concept and employee development to continuously promote an enthusiastic working environment. As a senior member of the hotel leadership team you will also be responsible for areas such as, budget management, departmental administration and monitoring guest satisfaction.

Previous experience managing a large housekeeping operation in a luxury hotel is desirable and a proven track record of managing a diverse and driven team.
