Director of Talent Acquisition

Based at the Corporate Office in London. The Director of Talent Acquisition will act as a Human Resources leader to the group, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer.  They will lead and drive the global Talent Acquisition strategy covering early careers, professional hiring, executive search and managing third party vendors.  They will offer a full end to end TA solution to support the current and future hiring needs of the group.   

This role will sit as part of the Group HR team and work closely with the Directors of HR and General Managers in each location to support the delivery of their talent requirements, as well as closely partnering with the HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) and Corporate HR team.

This role will lead the recruitment function to success through effective planning, process improvement, delivery of quality hires against business requirements, and ongoing excellent client and candidate communication and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in recruiting (agency or in-house) including recruiting on a global level.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment, sourcing and selection and assessment strategies
  • Degree preferably in Human Resources or professional Human Resources accreditation
  • Strong business acumen and high degree of work ethic
  • Confident, excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Self-motivated, well organised and detail orientated
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to travel when required
