Duties and Responsibilities

  • To assist Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department.
  • Observes and ensures that all colleagues are performing their duties in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist all departments with any service lapses that may arise.
  • Empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the hotel from a sound understanding of how decisions are made, ensuring consistency.
  • Achieve maximum guest satisfaction and adhere to the quality standards required by the hotel.


  • 5 years of Front Office Operations with at least 1 year at supervisory/management level.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Chinese.
  • Superior guest resolution and problem solving abilities are required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
