Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Leads, motivates and inspires the outlet team to deliver exceptional service experiences in line with the brand and outlet standards.
  • Leads outlet team to achieve the outlets financial and operational targets; seeks out and reviews potential business opportunities in line with the outlet’s financial targets
  • Works with direct reports to develop and execute the outlet’s food & beverage promotions, is aware of competitive set and proposes ideas to continually improve the range and quality of the outlet’s products and services
  • Ensures that regular, on-going two-way communication occurs in the outlet (e.g. pre-meal briefings, staff meetings, communication with culinary team) 
  • Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the annual performance appraisal process and holds staff accountable for successful performance
  • Ensures all team members receive appropriate and ongoing training to successfully perform their job and to further their development within the food & beverage division

  • 向餐饮总监汇报工作,职责和基本工作职能包括但不限于以下内容:

  • 领导门店团队完成门店财务和运营目标;根据公司的财务目标,寻找并评估潜在的商业机会
  • 与直接下属一起开发和执行餐厅的食品和饮品促销活动,了解竞争环境,并提出想法,以持续提高餐厅产品和服务的范围和质量
  • 确保在餐厅进行定期的双向沟通(如餐前简报,员工会议,与厨房团队的沟通)
  • 通过年度绩效评估程序为直接下属设定目标和期望,并要求员工为成功的绩效负责
  • 确保所有团队成员接受适当和持续的培训,以成功地完成他们的工作,并进一步发展他们在餐饮部的发展
