The Executive Pastry Chef should have a minimum of 5 years working within the luxury hospitality industry. The Executive Pastry Chef is expected to create and develop creative and innovative pastries and desserts for all  food and beverage outlets; enforce all health, safety and hygiene standards with kitchens.
