1. A proven track record of success in a similar role, capability to
build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction; delivering, profit
and controlling costs.
2. University/College degree in a related discipline.
3. Three to five years’ experience in international luxury hotel
operations.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
5. Highly responsible and reliable. vWorks well under pressure in a
fast paced environment.
6. Ability to work cohesively and lead the a team.
7. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and
courteous at all times.
8. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
