Roles & Responsibilities: 
  • Log & report all activities to the Restaurant Manager
  • Conduct roll call, briefing, inspection of cleanliness in the service and lift areas, stock inventory, employees’ attendance & grooming daily
  • Attend all F&B meeting in the absence of Restaurant Manager & disseminate such message & instruction & ensure that such messages are conform by all Room Service Staff
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the in the review of staffing situation daily & conduct training
  • Ensure & enforce all pre-check, check control, waiting procedures are conformed
  • Collect & pay all credit tips to Room Service staff
  • Coordinate and liaise with all departments for administrative & logistic support
  • Coordinate, supervise, check and ensure all guest requests; message; instructions are promptly handled by the Server & Order Taker & maintain a high waiting time
  • Conduct training & ensure all employees’ are conversant
  • Handles and resolves all employees’ grievances in the absence of the Restaurant Manager & assist to maintain a cordial relationship amongst staff

Job Requirements:
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Communicates with fluency in English
  • Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or hotel industry
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
