Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking reservations accurately where necessary while keeping track of guests’ preferences
  • Set up the bar/restaurant reception area
  • Greeting and seating guests and visitors according to MO standards
  • Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles
  • Handle all reservations and guest enquiry of the bar/restaurants in a timely manner
  • Ensure the menus are up-to-date and in excellent condition
  • Anticipate guests’ needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience in line with the Legendary Quality Experience, Pillars and MOQA standards
  • Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the colleagues
  • Perform all administrative tasks designated by management
  • Attend daily meeting
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Food & Beverages
  • Adhere to Safe&Sound procedures regarding Health & Safety standards

 

Job Requirements

Mandatory

  • Luxury Hotel/Resort experience for at least 2 years
  • Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
  • Excellent guest service attitude
  • Charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
  • Teamwork skills and attitude
  • Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop skills.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Good IT skills
  • Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends and holidays required.

Desiderable

  • Tourism or Hospitality degree
  • International work experiences
  • Previous work experience in luxury F&B Outlets
