Duties and Responsibilities
- Taking reservations accurately where necessary while keeping track of guests’ preferences
- Set up the bar/restaurant reception area
- Greeting and seating guests and visitors according to MO standards
- Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles
- Handle all reservations and guest enquiry of the bar/restaurants in a timely manner
- Ensure the menus are up-to-date and in excellent condition
- Anticipate guests’ needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience in line with the Legendary Quality Experience, Pillars and MOQA standards
- Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the colleagues
- Perform all administrative tasks designated by management
- Attend daily meeting
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Food & Beverages
- Adhere to Safe&Sound procedures regarding Health & Safety standards
Job Requirements
Mandatory
- Luxury Hotel/Resort experience for at least 2 years
- Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Excellent guest service attitude
- Charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
- Teamwork skills and attitude
- Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Good IT skills
- Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends and holidays required.
Desiderable
- Tourism or Hospitality degree
- International work experiences
- Previous work experience in luxury F&B Outlets
