Our Hotel

Overview of Position

The F&B Management Trainee will provide support to the operation by completing managerial general tasks, projects and duties of increasing responsibility for the Food & Beverage Division. The Trainee will work in several of the F&B outlets, taking on increasing levels of responsibility to fully understand the department from a variety of perspectives.  The departments may include In Room Dining, Banquets, Palm Court, Pictura, Jardín, Deessa Restaurant operations.

The F&B Management Trainee will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 year's relevant industry experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality is required.

• Submit a letter of interest in MIT position (300 words)

• Have excellent communication skills with fluency in English require, bilingual preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays.

• Must have ability to relocate.
• Must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation. 
• Able to work together with other colleagues.
• Have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain a clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming.
• Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
• Able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.
• Able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
