F&B Outlet Manager - Season 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train and supervise all F&B Outlet colleagues
- Ensure that Legendary Quality Standards, policies and procedures of Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como are properly understood and followed through among the Team
- Ensuring that Outlet operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining standards in terms of food, service, health & safety and reputation
- Conduct all the outlet staff meetings
- Identify and carry out any specific training and development needed among the team
- Ensure that restaurant team have good knowledge of food and beverage and take responsibility for the delivery of this knowledge to the guest
- Ensure that the F&B Outlet grooming and hygiene standards are always met
- Deal with guest complaints according to MO standards
- Take special care of VIP Guest
- Ensure that tables are arranged and set up accordingly
- Ensure that service stations are correctly arranged and set-up
- Ensure that all staff are familiar with correct billing procedures
- Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an F&B Management position in luxury hotel/restaurant environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English language. The knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Tourism or Hospitality degree
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine and beverages
- International work experiences
- Excellent attention to details and guest service attitude
- Charming and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and Teamworking excellent ability
- Good IT Skills
- Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends and holidays required.
