We need a Fitness & Wellness Concierge to keep our fitness centre running smoothly. As one of our hotel’s greatest assets, our new Fitness Centre has been tailored to the cosmopolitan, luxury travelling and boasts state of the art Technogym equipment and a 17 metre twin lane pool. First and foremost, we’re looking for a Fitness & Wellness Concierge with a great deal of wellness knowledge – people who can recommend our premium fitness classes and products. In return, you can expect to learn how to perfectly harmonise fitness, nutrition and performance therapies.

As part of one of the only Forbes five-star spas in London, it’s the perfect place to widen your understanding of fitness and wellbeing.

About the role

  • Effectively coordinates the usage of the Fitness & Wellness centre.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Fitness & Wellness centre in particular the changing rooms, toilets, showers, fitness centre and pool on a daily bases. These should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Standards and Procedure and Health and Safety Standards.
  • Proactively greet, interact, and assist guests in a professional manner
  • Identify and report defects throughout the Fitness & Wellness centre; notify maintenance team and report on HotSos immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
  • To ensure that lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and removing soiled items.
  • To cover receptionist duties as and when required
