We are looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our great team in Prague.

About the role:

The F&B Coordinator is responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in all administration duties and PR activities related to F&B.

Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Daily administrative supporting of the F&B Department.
  • Upkeep, data entry and control of Info Genesis POS system
  • Assist the F&B Manager in controlling and analysing on an on-going basis for the following:
    • Guest Satisfaction
    • Merchandising and marketing
    • Revenues and Operating Costs
    • Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene
  • Conduct weekly inspections of kitchens and restaurants with minuted follow-ups.
  • Plan in conjunction to the F&B management team activities, promotions, menu implementations & printing according to the annual marketing plan.
  • Reservations and restaurant bookings
  • PR of F&B activities in relation with the Hotel’s Marketing team
  • Updating of clients database
  • Creation of BEOs for internal and external F&B related events
  • Creation and upkeep of F&B SOPs
  • Assist in maintaining F&B scheduling
  • Assist in ordering/purchasing for the department
  • Represent the department when the management team is not available (morning meetings for example)
  • Attend to and contribute to the daily and weekly F&B meetings.
  • Ensure job description and brand standards pertaining to the F&B department are updated annually, or when necessary.
  • Ensure that daily SOP Training takes place in order to meet Mandarin Oriental standards
  • Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in a similar role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. EU working permission needed.
