Responsibilities:-

  • Be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of Front Office Department
  • Drive guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints adhering to the high quality standard of the Hotel
  • Assist to review and monitor operational issues and business flow and take necessary action to strive for service excellence
  • Monitor room reservation and guest room inventory, prepare forecasts and reports in development of departmental budget
  • Perform as Emergency Response Team member and handle emergency cases in accordance with the Hotel’s policy and procedure
  • Manage and monitor the team performance by providing supervision, counselling and coaching

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in a luxury hotel and hotel group
  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • A proven record in operating high end operations with high quality service
  • Service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of other language is an advantage
