We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our great team in Prague.

You will play a key role in our Front Office team to support the luxury experience our guests from around the world enjoy at one of the Prague’s best hotels.

You will perform Front Office supervision through proactive, interactive and reactive leadership, allowing each team member to completely satisfy our guests throughout their stay.

  • Supervise the entire scheduled shift, activities and the team at Reception.
  • Assign and delegate daily work to the Receptionists.
  • Daily submitting of the Czech Police Report
  • Identify daily up sell opportunities and report to FO Manager/Acting FO Manager.
  • Monitor General and VIP Room Allocations.
  • Identify potential VIPs, ensure appropriate VIP alerts are sent, follow up o allocated amenities and potential upgrades (with HM/GM consent)
  • Ensure all Group Resumes are understood and followed up on by Receptionists.
  • Training of Receptionists / monitor the performance of Receptionists.
  • To be thoroughly knowledgeable and putting into practice the LQE, Behavioural Standards and all tasks listing in the training menus.
  • Ensure that all LQE and Behavioural standards are adhered to by all Reception staff.
  • Ensure that all SOPs, BCPs and MEMOs are up to date and understood by all FOH colleagues.
  • Feed back and review of Receptionists’ performance to FO Manager/ Acting FO Manager and/or Hotel Manager.
  • To conduct role plays with Receptionist’s to ensure consistency of the service and provide feedback
  • Credit check of in house guests. Alert FO Manager/Acting FO Manager of all credit risk accounts. Assist to follow up in clearing outstanding risks.
  • Assist in minimizing the running total of the Pay Master; to be in front line control of accounts receivables.
  • Monitor the data control, completion and quality of registration cards

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Czech.
