The Data Quality department helps is where we get to know our Guests from the Global Perspective and help our colleagues around the world better recognize and provide personalized service to our guests. This department is part of a great global team (Rooms & Quality) but we also work closely with several corporate departments from Spa, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Residence, and IT.

This position is responsible for assisting the Manager, Guest Data Operations with specific projects related to the data quality, integrity, and operational fitness of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group guest databases. The role will provide operational direction to hotels in their effective utilization of guest history data to enhance guest recognition and service delivery and assist operational colleagues to successfully deliver Fans of M.O. guest recognition. Position will review and produce data quality results and reports to drive data quality improvements. Works with the Manager, Guest Data Operations in support of any initiatives on the guest recognition programs and databases.
