The Guest Experience Agent will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Establishing a smooth and seamless communication via telephone, email and any other applications with all internal and external guests.
  • Being the point of contact for all guest inquiries.
  • Ensuring the operational departments are well kept informed about guest requests.
  • Delivering Guest Experience projects as advised
