As Guest Experience Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Acting as a liaison with all hotel guests via phone, email and other communications channels.
  • Updating arrival reports with all relevant information, including guest preferences, VIPs and special requests.
  • Proactively upselling MO products, constantly creating opportunities for new business.
  • Supporting the Guest Experience team.
