Responsibilities:

 

  • To develop, implement, track and optimize the hotel’s digital marketing campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels
  • To regularly track, analyse and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels’ performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget
  • To design, build and maintain social media presence and campaigns
  • To collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties
  • To manage various e-tools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms etc.
  • To build, maintain and update customer databases
  • To set up, distribute, monitor and analyse direct communications and email marketing campaigns via CRM
  • To ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • To contribute to the planning of integrated marketing campaigns and to work closely with Marketing Manager with implementing and delivering agreed online activities
  • To manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines
  • To manage and monitor the hotel’s online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms
  • To identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimise performance
  • To monitor and report on competitors’ online activities

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Passionate about the digital world with a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital and social media environments
  • Able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data-driven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and innovator
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Bachelor or master’s degree from an accredited university in Digital Marketing, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Fluent in English. Arabic preferred
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools
