Duties & Responsibilities

  • To demonstrate a pride in the workplace and a high level of commitment
  • To ensure that HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out.
  • Demonstrates security conscious behaviors in respect of guests, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and reports suspicious circumstances to the Manager.
  • Provide excellent service at all times to all of our guests.
  • To ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Set up tables as per the standard.
  • To collect and update Guests’ database.
  • Assist in training.
  • To organize the menus for each service and ensure they are cleaned and in good condition, check menus stock level.
  • To present menus and wine lists and also assist in service during meal period.
  • Administrative duties including daily report, competition check, ordering of office supplies.
  • Communicate with Kitchen for any guests’ special request and dietary requirements.
  • To wish each and every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming.
  • To have role of good Brand ambassador
  • Support company's philosophy and company culture


  • Proficiency knowledge of English spoken and written language as well as Turkish language. Russian and Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
  • Using Seven Rooms, Open Table, Seven Rooms and Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrates a high standard of verbal communication, social skills and up selling skills.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
