ラグジュアリーホテルでのDuty Managerのご経験がある、日本語・英語が堪能な宿泊部のマネージャーを募集いたします。

ホテルがいかなる時もすべてのお客さまにご満足頂けるよう円滑にオペレーションを行う業務です。
VIPのお客さまのお出迎え・お見送りやグッドコメント・コンプレインのご対応、事故や緊急時の対応など業務は多岐にわたるデューティーマネージャー業務をご担当頂きます。

Qualification and Experience Required

・Preferably 3 years work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role

・Experience in luxury hotels

・Excellent overall communication skills

・Able to multi-task and work under pressure

・The ability to work well in a team environment

・Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work overnight, on weekends & holidays is required.

・Customer service experience

・Strong organizational skills

・Strong problem-solving skills
