We have a FANtastic opportunity for an HR COORDINATOR to join our team in Hotel Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR Coordinator, you will demonstrate confidence and competence in the performance of different HR tasks with strong focus on TALENT ACQUISITION. You will provide input and support on the design and arrangement of HR day to day operation, projects and continuous improvement initiatives that will allow the HR department to be more efficient and agile using the right on-line tools. You will support the entire HR team with the deployment of various initiatives, in support to the ‘end-to-end’ journey of our candidates and colleagues, starting from employer branding and on-boarding.
You will embrace the ‘Colleague Quality Experiences’ in the heart of everything that you do. You will deliver specific people metrics that track trends in key KPI's to monitor the impact of HR initiatives and identify future opportunities. You will provide exceptional HR support to leaders and colleagues in the form of advice, project delivery and a variety of activities and services across different aspects of HR policies, practices and processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Having completed studies in the HR field, you will have at least 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE as HR COORDINATOR or RECRUITER. You need to be familiar with the execution of selection processes from the beginning to the end, with strong interviewing skills.
You will be Microsoft Office and, ideally, HR Information System/s savvy.
High level of English and Spanish are requested for the position.
Your ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters and the use of your creativity and resourcefulness to solve complex tasks will be necessary for success in this role.
Qualification or experience in hotel/hospitality/luxury sector experience is highly preferred, but not strictly necessary.
You will need to be positive, confident, energetic, enthusiastic, curious and ready to learn. In particular, you will be the TALENT ATTRACTOR of the hotel, with an eye for continuous improvement and be able to contribute to HR initiatives. You will be happy to jump in wherever needed and demonstrate your initiative and accountability.
