With more than 300 colleagues, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with the passion to take care of our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to queries relating to time off, absences and leaves.
  • Assist in on-boarding new employees.
  • Issuing ad hoc letters related to reference letters and different certificates of employment.
  • Support operational tasks and events within HR department.
  • Facilitate employee relations through regular communication and surveys.
  • Assist to Recruitment processes, post offers, filter CVs, phone and personal interviews.
  • Provide advice on all aspects of the employment relationship to all colleagues.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System with all updated employee data.
  • Assist to Managers on employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Spanish employment law.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Decision-making / complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Impeccable organization skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations.
