The Human Resources Services Analyst provides general administrative support to Chief Human Resources Officer as well as collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data, metrics, and statistics, and applies this data to support varies Human Resources areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HRIS.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support to Chief Human Resources Officer, assists with the co-ordination of and preparation for meetings as well as communication with hotels and corporate offices on behalf of the Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Collects, consolidates, and analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to compensation, recruitment, turnover, and headcount. Reports of data results and presents findings to senior leadership
  • Maintains data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data
  • Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Facilitates implementation of new programs such as new HRIS systems, employees’ benefits programs, and other HR related initiatives
  • Supports and assists all system transitions, upgrades, and system additions in partnership with the HRIS Manager, system vendor and IT Department
  • Assists HR Manager with annual departmental budget exercise
  • Assists with annual performance, compensation review and evaluation processes
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
  • Supports and performs other ad hoc duties as assigned
