As the IT Services Director, Operations you will be the escalation point for hotel and corporate IT service disruptions and oversee and implement various systems and procedures. You will be based within the EMEA region and will report to the VP Technology for EMEA and The Americas.

The IT Services Director, Operations will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide guidance to hotels regarding all MOHG technology standards
  • Oversee Hotel Audits
  • Oversee IT Support for Regional and Corporate Offices
  • Assist and support new hotel developments pre-opening
  • Assist and support new hotel development pre-opening activities, including the integration of new services or the migration of existing services to MOHG technology standards and systems
  • Reviewing ongoing Vulnerabilities with hotel IT Directors
  • Liaising with Ownership Teams on product standard and guideline requirements
  • Conduct internal security assessment, OS and applications patching and updates
  • Support IS training and awareness programs
  • Infrastructure and Security Induction training for new IT Directors
  • Providing administrative support to the VP Technology EMEA & Americas

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hospitality experience in implementation and administration
  • Experience administering Windows, AD, SQL Server, IP PABXs, firewalls, anti-virus, intrusion detection, security & data encryption, and network management
  • Experience of Windows Server / Hyper-V / SQL Server / Cisco / Security Governance / VMWare / Firewalls / Intrusion detection / security & data encryption
  • Good knowledge of Cisco Structures and Setup (Switches & Firewalls)
  • Good understanding of technologies related to information security.
  • Certifications for relevant technologies, e.g. CCNP/CCDP, MCSE, CISSP
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and possessing good interpersonal & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work out of hours
  • Strong written communication skills
