Responsibilities

  • Assist the daily operation of the bread section in pastry kitchen, including production, preparation and presentation, ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery in alignment with the overall hotel initiatives and brand standards;
  • Communicate directly with customers in liaison with the Cake Shop to ensure all the special orders are properly done and follow up;
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary work areas.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years relevant experience in pastry kitchen, preferably from high-end bakery and patisserie
  • Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills;
  • Multi-Tasking, self-motivated, attention to details, well-organized and responsible;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
